Passion Yoghurt Cake

 
 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups MOO Passionfruit Yoghurt

  • 2/3 cups of olive oil

  • 1 1/4 cups of sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 2 1/2 cups of flour

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder

  • 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • Pinch of ground nutmeg

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Grease a 9-inch pan with baking spray or oil and line with baking paper

  3. Whisk together the MOO Passionfruit Yoghurt, olive oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla

  4. Slowly add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg into the mixture and stir until no lumps remain

  5. Pour mixture into cake pan and bake for 50-60 minutes

  6. Transfer to a cooling rack and let it cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan

  7. Serve at room temperature, with a big dollop of MOO Passionfruit Yoghurt!
