Yoghurt Tzatziki Dip

 
 
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups MOO Greek Style Yoghurt

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and seeded

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  2. Allow to chill in fridge for a few hours (or overnight if you can) before serving with warm pita or flat bread!
