But let’s be honest, sometimes some extra ‘snooze time’ is just way too tempting. Well, we have some mind-blowing news…you can have both! By being thrifty and organised you can get in your morning fuel and catch some extra zzzs. We’ve listed our favourite quick and easy brekky options below to get you started.
1. Yoghurt & Granola Medley
All you need is yoghurt, granola, a bowl and a spoon. Whilst store bought granola is convenient, you can just as easily DIY your own medley of nuts, seeds and fruits from goodies lying around in your fridge and pantry. Our go-to? MOO Greek Style yoghurt topped with a mixture of oats, pepitas, almonds and honey. Easy!
2. Breakfast Smoothie
To pack as much goodness as you can into your morning smoothie do all the prepping the night before, so all you have to do in the AM is blitz and go! Try banana, oats, strawberries, chia seeds, almond milk and a dollop of MOO Greek Style Yoghurt.
3. Peanut Butter, apple and honey on Rivitas
Anything that involves Peanut Butter gets our tick of approval. A slice or two of wholegrain toast or Rivitas with Peanut Butter and apple is not only super quick to whip up, it will also keep you feeling fuller for longer.
