Courtney Cramey’s quick and easy go-to breakfasts

AFL Women’s League player, Courtney Cramey, knows how important a great brekkie is! Being an elite athlete, the right fuel to start the day is vital. But whether you’re an athlete or a mere mortal like us, there’s no denying the benefits of a healthy breakfast. Courtney’s shared three of her faves to give you some early-morning inspo!

Greek Yoghurt Smoothie

For me, pretty much every morning starts with my signature Greek Yoghurt Smoothie. With oats, honey, almonds, blueberries, banana and MOO Greek Style Yoghurt, it’s packed with all the nutrients I need to set me up for a busy day!

Better-for-you Pancakes

If I have a bit of extra time (or it’s a Sunday!) I’ll whip up some pancakes using 50g self-raising flour and 50g wholemeal flour, 2 small eggs and 150ml of skim milk. I top with MOO Coconut & Wild Hibiscus Yoghurt and fresh fruits for a yummy morning treat.

Yo on the go!

For those mornings when I just need to run out the door I usually grab a tub of MOO 160g yoghurt and top it with whatever I have lying around. Fresh fruit, granola, nuts & seeds…thrown on top and eaten straight out of the tub. My faves are  MOO Mango & Turmeric with a heap of Carman’s muesli, or MOO Boysenberry and Super Acai with fresh raspberries and chia.
