Meet the man behind MOO

Did you know MOO founder Mick Sanders used to be a chef? He worked at some of South Australia’s finest restaurants before taking his passion for premium food to MOO. We figured there’s a lot more you don’t know, so we’ve asked Mick all the important stuff below…

Favourite MOO product?

I am loving our MOO Greek Style Yoghurt at the moment, it’s so versatile- I’m already looking forward to adding it to the pancakes the girls will cook on Father’s Day!

Three things always in your fridge (apart from yoghurt, which is a given…)?

You can’t go wrong with good quality milk, unsalted butter and eggs.

Go-to weeknight dinner?

Char-grilled Herb & Lemon Chicken with Tomato & Lentil Salad and Tzatziki- quick and easy with great flavour!

Favourite way to unwind?

I love getting outdoors and always enjoy going to the local park with my 4 young girls and our dogs.

On weekends we can normally find you…

Playing footy, bike-riding with the family and at home in the garden with everyone.Β 

Early bird or night owl?

Definitely an early-bird, much to the family’s delight.

Last movie you watched?

Sal and I always enjoy going to the movies, the last film we saw was The Big Sick- we really enjoyed it!Β 

You friends would describe you as…

Cheeky…I don’t know what they’re talking about πŸ™‚

Best parenting tip?

Listen, and be understanding and sympathetic (even if you don’t feel like it)!Β 

What’s next for MOO?

We’re looking forward to launching some really interesting new flavours and can’t wait to have them on the shelves!Β
