MOO & Granola! Name a more iconic duo? This chunky, crunchy nut granola is a perfect contrast to our silky and creamy MOO yoghurt.
Ingredients... 4 cups oats 1 cup raw nuts & seeds 1 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup butter or coconut oil 1 cup coconut flakes 1/3 cup honey or brown sugar Pinch of salt ½ cup of chopped dried fruit 2 egg whites 1 ½ tsp of vanilla extract MOO Yoghurt
Method... Mix wet & dry ingredients Spread onto paper lined tray & bake on 140C for 45 minutes Sneak a piece to eat before it cools (hehe) Let cool & break into clumps Place in a bowl with your favourite MOO yoghurt & fruit
