Easy Peasy Christmas Trifle

Ingredients

  • Sponge cake or sponge finger biscuits
  • MOO premium yoghurt (flavour of your choice)
  • Mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
  • Walnuts
  • Icing sugar

Method

  1. Break up the sponge cake or biscuits into pieces
  2. Place at the base of a glass or jar and top with MOO yoghurt
  3. Keep layering sponge and yoghurt until full
  4. Top with mixed berries and walnuts
  5. Dust with icing sugar and dig in!
