Ingredients
- Sponge cake or sponge finger biscuits
- MOO premium yoghurt (flavour of your choice)
- Mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
- Walnuts
- Icing sugar
Method
- Break up the sponge cake or biscuits into pieces
- Place at the base of a glass or jar and top with MOO yoghurt
- Keep layering sponge and yoghurt until full
- Top with mixed berries and walnuts
- Dust with icing sugar and dig in!
