No Bake Cheesecake


  • 3/4 packet of digestive biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • MOO Creamy Smooth Yoghurt
  • Punnet of Strawberries


  1. Crush biscuits until they form a crumb like texture
  2. Melt butter
  3. Combine biscuits and butter to form a thick, crust like base
  4. Layer individual serving dishes with biscuit base + Β yoghurt + strawberries
  5. Repeat
  6. EAT
