Ooey Gooey Banana Caramel No Bake Cheesecake


  • 3/4 packet of digestive biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • MOO Banana Caramel Sundae Yoghurt
  • Fresh apples/bananas (or fruit of your choice)


  • Wash, slice and cut the apple (or any other fruit) into small slices or chunks
  • Place the fruit into a saucepan and add a bit of water
  • Gently simmer the fruit at medium heat until it starts to soften – once softened to your preferred texture take off heat and set aside
  • Melt the butter
  • Crush the digestive biscuits until they form a crumb like texture
  • Combine the biscuits and butter to form a thick, crust like base
  • Layer individual serving dishes with biscuit base + MOO Banana Caramel Sundae yoghurt + stewed fruit
  • Top with Banana Caramel Sundae compote from your tub of MOO
  • Eat!
