Tropical Coconut Parfait

Ingredients

• MOO Creamy Smooth Yoghurt

• Kiwi fruit

• Banana

• Rolled oats or muesli

• Shredded coconut (optional)

Method

1. Dollop MOO Creamy Smooth Yoghurt at the base of a glass or jar

2. Top with oats/muesli, plus sliced banana and kiwi

3. Keep layering until full

4. Sprinkle with shredded coconut

5. Eat!
