Yoghurt Tzatziki Dip
Ingredients
2 cups MOO Greek Style Yoghurt
1 cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Allow to chill in fridge for a few hours (or overnight if you can) before serving with warm pita or flat bread!
