Banana Caramel French Toast


  • x4 large eggs
  • x1 teaspoon of sugar
  • x1 cup of milkΒ 
  • 8-10 slices of bread
  • Dash of salt


  • MOO Banana Caramel yoghurt
  • Fresh bananas
  • x2 tbsp butter
  • x2 tbsp brown sugar


  1. Break eggs in a large mixing bowl and beat lightly with a fork
  2. Stir in sugar, salt and milk
  3. Over medium-low heat, heat a pan with a thin layer of butter
  4. One at a time place the bread slices into bowl, allowing them to soak up the egg mixture for a few seconds
  5. Carefully turn to coat the other side
  6. Transfer to pan and heat slowly until the bottom is golden brown
  7. Turn and brown the other side
  8. Top with caramelised bananas and a big dollop of MOO Banana Caramel yoghurt!


  1. Melt the butter in a pan
  2. Add sliced bananas and brown sugar
  3. Cook until golden
