Ingredients
- 500g tub of ready-to-eat custard
- 100g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
- 720g tub of MOO Creamy Smooth yoghurt (we’ve substituted for Β a lighter alternative, instead of cream)
- Chocolate brownies OR chocolate sponge cake
- Fresh cherries
- Icing sugar
Method
- Put the custard into a pan with the chocolate pieces and gently heat, stirring until the chocolate has melted into the custard. Cover with cling wrap and chill
- Arrange the brownies/chocolate sponge into the base of individual serving glasses
- Top with a dollop of MOO Creamy Smooth yoghurtΒ
- Scatter the fresh cherries (chopped & pitted) on top and drizzle with the custard mixture
- Continue layering until full
- Pile the top of the trifle with fresh, whole cherries, and sprinkle with icing sugar
- Enjoy!
