Featuring our new Blueberry & Maca Power Yoghurt, this smoothie bowl is sure to become a breakfast staple!
- 2 cups mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1/2 cup MOO Blueberry & Maca Power Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, linseed, pepitas etc)
- Handful of granola/muesli
- x1 kiwi sliced
- Handful cranberries or goji berries
- Allow the berries to partially defrost at room temperature
- Put all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and process until you reach the desired consistency. Hint: it should be smooth and slightly thick!
- Pour into a bowl and layer the toppings over the surface
