Cherry Pavlova


  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups caster sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 200ml thickened cream
  • MOO Creamy Smooth OR Boysenberry & Super Acai yoghurt 
  • Fresh cherries


  1. Preheat oven to 120C and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Using an electric mixer beat egg whites in a bowl until soft peaks form
  3. Gradually add the sugar, mixing well in between, until all the sugar is added and the mixture is smooth and shiny
  4. Combine cornflour, vinegar and vanilla essence. Add to meringue and whisk until just combined 
  5. Using a spatula, form the mixture in a 20cm round on the baking tray
  6. Bake in the oven for 1 hour 20 minutes
  7. Turn the oven off and allow the pavlova to cool completely in the oven
  8. When ready to serve spoon MOO yoghurt and thickened cream over the top and decorate with cherries
  9. Enjoy!
