Greek Yoghurt Beetroot Dip


  • 1 pound of beets
  • x3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • x2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • x2 cups MOO Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped dill or mint
  • Black pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz
  2. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with more chopped dill/mint
  3. Serve with crunchy crackers and enjoy!
