We’re taking lemon pancakes to the next level in this easy recipe…Sunday brunch sorted!
1 cup Milk
1 Cup Self Raising Flour
MOO Lemon Delicious Yoghurt
Combine milk, egg and flour and whisk until mixture forms a lovely pancake batter
Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray with cooking oil
Use 1/4 cup of the mixture per pancake, cooking for approximately 1 minute, or until bubbles appear on the surface
Top with a big dollop of MOO Lemon Delicious Yoghurt + grated fresh lemon zest
