Ingredients
- 1 cup MOO Creamy Smooth OR Greek Style Yoghurt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup banana, mashed
- 1 1/4 cup self-raising flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 220C
- Prepare and grease muffin trays
- In a large mixing bowl combine the yoghurt and rolled oats- allow to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes take the yoghurt and oat mixture and slowly add the egg, oil, sugar, banana and flour- mix gently
- Spoon mixture into muffin tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked in centre
- Eat!
TIP: For extra yum, serve with a dollop of MOO Creamy Smooth or Banana Caramel Sundae Yoghurt!
