Yoghurt Rhubarb Granola


  • x1 bunch of rhubarb
  • MOO Creamy Smooth yoghurt
  • crunchy granola or muesli
  • 55g of raw sugar


  • Cut rhubarb into approx 25mm chunks
  • Place rhubarb chunks in saucepan over medium-low heat and gradually add the raw sugar, stirring as you go
  • Cover and cook over low heat until rhubarb breaks down to desired consistency, stirring occasionally
  • Layer in a glass with MOO Creamy Smooth Yoghurt and granola

TIP- this works just as well with other stewed fruits such as pear, apples, berries- half the fun comes in experimenting with different flavours and combinations!
