Quinoa Porridge & Yoghurt Breaky Bowl

 
 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups white quinoa

  • 2 1/2 cups milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • 1 cup MOO Greek Style OR Creamy Smooth Yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • Bananas

  • Fresh/frozen blueberries

  • Raw almonds

Method

  1. Place the quinoa in a medium saucepan with milk, cinnamon and honey

  2. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer

  3. Cook, stirring occasionally. until most of the liquid is absorbed and the quinoa is soft

  4. Divide among serving bowls and add a dollop of MOO Yoghurt

  5. Top with sliced banana, blueberries and almonds

  6. To finish, drizzle with extra honey and a sprinkle of chia seeds + cinnamon!
