Yoghurt Oat Muffins

 
 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup MOO Creamy Smooth OR Greek Style Yoghurt

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 3/4 cup banana, mashed

  • 1 1/4 cup self-raising flour

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220C

  2. Prepare and grease muffin trays

  3. In a large mixing bowl combine the yoghurt and rolled oats- allow to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes

  4. After 30 minutes take the yoghurt and oat mixture and slowly add the egg, oil, sugar, banana and flour- mix gently

  5. Spoon mixture into muffin tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked in centre

  6. Eat!

TIP - For extra yum, serve with a dollop of MOO Creamy Smooth or Banana Caramel Sundae Yoghurt!
