Quinoa Porridge & Yoghurt Breaky Bowl
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups white quinoa
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons of honey
1 cup MOO Greek Style OR Creamy Smooth Yoghurt
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Bananas
Fresh/frozen blueberries
Raw almonds
Method
Place the quinoa in a medium saucepan with milk, cinnamon and honey
Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer
Cook, stirring occasionally. until most of the liquid is absorbed and the quinoa is soft
Divide among serving bowls and add a dollop of MOO Yoghurt
Top with sliced banana, blueberries and almonds
To finish, drizzle with extra honey and a sprinkle of chia seeds + cinnamon!
