Yoghurt Oat Muffins
Ingredients
1 cup MOO Creamy Smooth OR Greek Style Yoghurt
1 cup rolled oats
1 egg
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup banana, mashed
1 1/4 cup self-raising flour
Method
Preheat oven to 220C
Prepare and grease muffin trays
In a large mixing bowl combine the yoghurt and rolled oats- allow to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes take the yoghurt and oat mixture and slowly add the egg, oil, sugar, banana and flour- mix gently
Spoon mixture into muffin tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked in centre
Eat!
TIP - For extra yum, serve with a dollop of MOO Creamy Smooth or Banana Caramel Sundae Yoghurt!
